These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Vedic Maths AI web application (the "Service"), operated by Vedic Maths Forum Pvt Ltd ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
Eligibility
The Service is intended for users aged 13 and older. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may use the Service only with the involvement of a parent or guardian.
Your account
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for activity that happens under your account. Sign-in links are personal to you — do not share them. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been used without your permission.
Acceptable use
- Do not misuse, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service.
- Do not copy, resell, or redistribute course content without permission.
- Do not use the Service to break the law or infringe others' rights.
Courses and content
Course videos, practice material, and other content are owned by us or our licensors and are provided for your personal, non-commercial learning. We grant you a limited, non-transferable, revocable licence to access the content you are enrolled in, for as long as you have access.
AI features
The Service may offer AI-generated explanations and guidance ("VedGuru"). These are provided for educational support only, may be inaccurate or incomplete, and are not a substitute for professional advice. Always use your own judgement and verify important results.
Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, arising out of or relating to your use of the Service.
Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the Service if these Terms are breached or to protect the Service and its users. You may stop using the Service and request account deletion at any time.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Kolkata have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory rights you have under local law.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will revise the "Last updated" date above, and continued use of the Service means you accept the updated Terms.
